ZapStart provides a Next.js/Node.js boilerplate and a U.S. company (LLC) setup guide for non-U.S. residents (single-member LLCs). 	•	Users retain full ownership of the designs and projects they create using the ZapStart boilerplate.
	•	The ZapStart codebase and guide are protected by copyright and may not be sold, redistributed, sublicensed, published, or shared in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
	•	You are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the boilerplate solely for launching your own SaaS product or internal project.
	•	You may not use the boilerplate to create websites, applications, or projects for third parties or clients, whether for free or for compensation.

ZapStart is not responsible for any damages or losses, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the website, codebase, or guide. Use of the materials is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to seek legal, financial, or tax advice where appropriate.
